• Carbon steel parts such as frame parts are made of German craftsmanship and sprayed with 32 processing procedures to ensure that the surface does not rust after long-term use.

• The outer surface of the stainless steel parts in the clean zone adopts 15-process German high-standard technology. After electrochemical processing, it reaches European advanced standards, is easy to clean, and is more in line with EUGMP\USFDA certification requirements.

Fine processing technology

• After Chutian Yuanchuang merged into Chutian Technology, the sheet metal welding of the purification equipment was realized by the automatic welding of Chutian Technology. The automatic welding line mainly includes the robot flexible welding system, the intelligent logistics handling system, and the robot automatic polishing system;

• Combined with the current surface treatment technology, the product is beautiful, the weld seam is uniform and the corrosion resistance is strong.
