Deputy Governor of Hunan Province Chen Fei and his delegation conducted a research visit to Truking Technology

On August 18, Chen Fei, Vice Governor of Hunan Province, along with relevant officials from the Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Department of Industry and Information Technology, and Department of Finance, visited Truking Technology for an inspection. Yu Xinfan, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Secretary of the Ningxiang Municipal Committee of the Ningxiang Economic Development Zone, Zhang Yi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Ningxiang Economic Development Zone, Huang Tao, Deputy Secretary of the Ningxiang Municipal Committee and Acting Mayor, as well as other relevant city leaders participated in the inspection. Tang Yue, Chairman and President of Truking Technology, accompanied Vice Governor Chen Fei and his delegation during the visit.
Vice Governor Chen Fei and his delegation conducted an in-depth inspection of Truking Technology's intelligent manufacturing workshop, Romaco (China) Solid Dosage Process Center, bioengineering workshop, mold workshop, and intelligent secondary packaging workshop, among other production and R&D departments. The Romaco (China) Solid Dosage Process Center is the fifth laboratory of the German Romaco Group worldwide. The relevant person in charge of the German Romaco Group in China gave Vice Governor Chen Fei and his delegation a detailed introduction to the laboratory. Supported by the global laboratory expert team of the Romaco Group, the laboratory fully utilizes its rich accumulated experience to provide pharmaceutical companies with technical support for new product development and process improvement. Vice Governor Chen Fei stated that Germany's spirit of striving for excellence in manufacturing and processes is worth learning from and emulating.
Tang Yue, Chairman and President of Truking Technology, reported to Vice Governor Chen Fei and his delegation on Truking Technology's "dual priority" strategy for product technology and manufacturing technology. Truking Technology has heavily invested in technology research and development, with R&D investment in the first quarter of 2021 increasing by nearly 84% compared to the same period last year. At the same time, the company has vigorously introduced high-end processing equipment and sent technical workers to developed manufacturing countries such as Germany for training, continuously improving manufacturing levels from multiple aspects including processing equipment and technical worker quality. Vice Governor Chen Fei highly praised Truking Technology's investment in high-end manufacturing, stating, "When enterprises introduce high-end processing equipment, they must also match it with highly skilled technical workers. This itself can promote the overall skill level of technicians, thereby enhancing manufacturing capabilities."
Vice Governor Chen Fei and his delegation focused their inspection on Truking Technology's efforts to ensure large-scale production of COVID-19 vaccines. Tang Yue gave a detailed report on the company's latest developed high-performance prefilled syringe robot inspection system, which represents a technological iterative upgrade by Truking Technology to meet the large-scale production demands of COVID-19 vaccines. This system was recently successfully launched at Truking Technology and is undergoing joint debugging and testing, soon to be put into large-scale production for companies such as Beijing Sinovac. From front-end to back-end, Truking Technology and its subsidiaries provide corresponding equipment and technology to key COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers including China National Pharmaceutical Group, Beijing Sinovac, and CanSino. Vice Governor Chen Fei highly praised Truking Technology's contributions to the fight against the pandemic.
In Truking Technology's intelligent secondary packaging workshop, Vice Governor Chen Fei and his delegation gained a detailed understanding of the production status of COVID-19 vaccine-related equipment and the company's cooperation with various COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers in China. They also learned about Truking Technology's development journey since its startup in a cowshed. Vice Governor Chen Fei stated that these technological accumulations can also extend to highly related fields such as food. "By adhering to the pharmaceutical equipment field for more than 20 years and focusing on doing one thing well, great achievements can be made. I hope Truking Technology will continue to work hard, constantly overcome industry bottleneck technologies, and make greater contributions." The delegation also conducted research on epidemic prevention and control, production safety, and industrial development.
