The first season of Truking Technology's Artisan Project officially launched, with Chairman Tang Yue delivering a speech at the opening ceremony.

The opening ceremony of the Truking Technology Season 1 Artisan Plan Training Camp was held on August 12, attended by over a hundred trainees, training camp instructors, on-the-job mentors, and class teachers, as well as Truking Technology Chairman and CEO Tang Yue, Vice Presidents Zhou Feiyue, Xiao Yunhong, Zhou Jingying, and other senior executives and department heads. Tang Yue delivered a speech at the ceremony. The opening ceremony marked the official launch of Truking Technology's Season 1 Artisan Plan and an important upgrade in the company's skilled talent cultivation. Truking Technology places great emphasis on building a team of craftsmen, cultivating skilled talents through various methods, especially focusing on the development of a reserve team of skilled talents, continuously summarizing experiences and innovating mechanisms. Long Dinghua, Deputy Director of Truking Technology's Human Resources Department, presided over the opening ceremony. "The training targets of the Truking Technology Artisan Plan Training Camp include fresh graduates who have just entered the company from vocational schools, vocational school students who have not yet graduated but have obtained internship qualifications, and trainees newly engaged in a skill. Long Dinghua detailed the purpose and training arrangements of the Artisan Plan Training Camp, "This is another important investment project by Truking Technology in talent cultivation. Truking Technology's Season 1 Artisan Plan Training Camp established six classes based on job types: welding, fitting, after-sales service, electrician, CNC turning, and CNC milling. Outstanding craftsmen from various positions, including Truking Technology welding technician and "National May 1st Labor Medal" recipient Liao Jin, serve as class teachers for the six classes. The class teachers organize and implement professional skills training and other work for each class's trainees and arrange on-the-job mentors for each trainee in a one-on-one mode. At the opening ceremony, Tang Yue, Chairman and CEO of Truking Technology, presented flags to the six class teachers.

Deng Dagui, recipient of the "Top 100 Craftsmen" honorary title in Changsha, spoke on behalf of the Artisan Plan instructors and on-the-job mentors at the opening ceremony. "All trainees are the new force and reserve army of Truking Technology. Twenty years ago, I was just like you, joining Truking Technology right after graduation. At that time, the company, then a small workshop, had already become an influential player in the global medical equipment industry. Truking Technology has always attached great importance to promoting craftsman culture and building a team of craftsmen. The talent cultivation mechanism has become more mature, investment has increased, the training instructor team has grown stronger, and trainees have gained more. After his speech, he led all Artisan Plan instructors and on-the-job mentors in taking an oath.
