With the recent sporadic outbreaks of COVID-19 in many places, Truking Technology is operating at full capacity under strict scientific epidemic prevention measures, especially rushing the production of COVID-19 vaccine manufacturing equipment. "For example, the machining equipment is running at full load, and all production workshops including the final assembly workshop are operating in shifts; according to relevant regulations, all employees have completed COVID-19 vaccination, and recently all staff have undergone nucleic acid testing with very high efficiency to eliminate risks," said Hu Qiang, Deputy Director of the Safety Committee and Director of the Safety Production and Equipment Management Department at Truking Technology.
At the entrances of Truking Technology's headquarters park in Ningxiang, Hunan, automatic temperature detection devices are installed. Security personnel strictly check the health codes and travel codes of everyone entering the company park. All materials entering the park, including employees' personal express deliveries, are disinfected one by one. "There is a dedicated person disinfecting each area of the company park every day," explained Hu Qiang, Deputy Director of the Safety Committee and Director of the Safety Production and Equipment Management Department at Truking Technology.
"Truking Technology has also taken the lead in launching an enterprise health information monitoring and display system. Data from devices such as temperature monitoring at the company entrance are fed into the monitoring display system in real time, allowing us to grasp the health status of personnel immediately," Hu Qiang explained. Truking Technology also actively organizes employees to undergo nucleic acid testing to eliminate risks. On one hand, with the support of epidemic prevention departments, testing agencies enter the company to conduct tests, and the company arranges special vehicles to transport employees to and from the nucleic acid testing sites.
"Therefore, Truking Technology completed nucleic acid testing for all employees with very high efficiency in a very short time," Hu Qiang said. "At the same time, according to national COVID-19 vaccination regulations and principles, except for a few special cases, more than 4,000 employees at Truking Technology headquarters have completed COVID-19 vaccination. For employees returning from business trips or other outings, we strictly implement corresponding epidemic prevention isolation measures and only allow entry into the company park after completing the required isolation."
Placing great importance on epidemic prevention and control, managing risks with multiple measures, Truking Technology ensures both epidemic prevention and production proceed smoothly. All production workshops are bustling with activity, and employees are busy at their posts wearing masks. Truking Technology's large-scale COVID-19 vaccine production equipment has played a significant role in the fight against the epidemic. Since 2020, the company has been awarded advanced honors for fighting the COVID-19 epidemic by multiple organizations including China National Pharmaceutical Group and China Vaccine Industry Association, with related production workshops operating at full capacity.
